What is the B-value of an NTC thermistor?

B-value is the material constant (thermal index) of a temperature coefficient thermistor in Kelvin temperature (K).

Semiconductor ceramics after high temperature sintering through a series of processing procedures to form a certain

resistivity of the NTC thermistor chip, each formula and sintering temperature only a B value. NTC thermistor B value

and the product resistance temperature coefficient is positively correlated, that is to say, the larger the B value,

the larger the resistance temperature coefficient.

The B-value of NTC thermistors is generally between 2000K-6000K, and different B-values can be selected according

to different application ranges. In general, as a temperature measurement, temperature compensation and surge
